• 25-45 days prior to departure: 25% of travel cost
• 14-25 days prior to departure: 50% of travel cost
• 0-14 days prior to departure: 100% of travel cost
  

Terms & Conditions

• Travel costs consist of accommodation and transfers booked through Redcliff.
• Reservations are considered confirmed only after receiving a 25% non-refundable deposit of travel cost, with payment details and written confirmation by e-mail or fax.
• Payment in full is required 45 days prior to your departure from your country of origin.
• Children 3-12 years charged at 50% of package rate.
• Prices are subject to change without notice.
• Prices include VAT where applicable.

• Transfer from Luangwa Boma (return) - US$ 60/boat max 5 persons depending on amount of luggage
• National parl entry US$ 30 (US$ 25 +5 = angling permit)

• US$ 65 + boat fuel (quoted at time of the year due to exchange rate)
• Entry permits to Lower Zambezi National Park (US$ 25/p/day) if applicable

Customised Tour Programmes
Individual tour programmes may be planned, co-ordinated and customised according to your specific needs and will be quoted accordingly. The following possibilities can be arranged:
